DMCA Notice for Relation Feed

Relation Feed respects the intellectual property rights of others and asks our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have implemented a policy to address claims of copyright infringement on our website.

2. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. To be valid, the counter-notification must include the following:

  • Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • A description of the material that was removed or disabled and its location before it was removed or disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or in the case of outside the United States, the judicial district in which Relation Feed is located), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the notice or an agent of such person.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

3. Removal of Content

If we receive a valid DMCA notice of infringement, we will respond promptly by removing or disabling access to the infringing material in accordance with the DMCA.

4. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, Relation Feed has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
